Do we have a door policy?
Yes we do, please check our dress code & conditions of entry on our website.
do i need to book?
Do i need id?
Yes, as a licensed Venue, you should carry ID when visiting us and you may be requested to provide your ID upon entry for scanning, The Park runs a nationally recognised ID system operated by Scantek.
Bookings are always preferred to ensure you sit at a table of your choice; however, walk-ins are always welcome.
do we cater to large group bookings?
Yes, we have multiple spaces here at The Park that can accommodate groups of 20-40+. For any bookings of 14 or more , we will require a credit card hold.
IS PUBLIC TRANSPORT CLOSE BY?
Yes, the Werribee train station, bus interchange & taxi rank are approximately 100 meters away
DO YOU HAVE A CAR PARK?
There is ample parking, both ticketed and free surrounding the Park Hotel, please check our parking and location map on our website.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
Yes ,kids are allowed in the venue until 10:00 pm as long as they are with a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Are you wheelchair/pram friendly?
Yes the Park has easy access for wheelchairs and prams, we also provide a child friendly nappy change facility.
Do you have a cloakroom?
The Park Hotel does not operate a cloakroom. Staff will not be able to accept anyone’s property, as we cannot be held responsible for it.
is my dog allowed?
100%! Pooches of all shapes and sizes are welcome in Franks Garden Wednesday-Sunday. However only before 6 pm Friday & Saturday.
is there a PUBLIC HOLIDAY surcharge?
We only charge a 15% surcharge on public holidays.
Can I BRING A CAKE?
You're more than welcome to bring a cake with you. You will need to cut it yourself & before 9pm.
Can I bring decorations for a reservation? ?
Yes with some restriction so please discuss your plans with our team when making your reservation.
Is there a set menu?
The Park has an a la carte menu however set menu’s can be provided for seated functions and events.
Is outside catering or BYO allowed??
External catering or BYO is not permitted except for a birthday cake.
